Using the information supplied by you via this website, we search the registers on your behalf. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or false information that may be submitted by you, the customer. We process all orders promptly and efficiently. When an order is submitted and paid for after 2pm this will be deemed as being received the following working day.

DESPATCH
Despatch terms that we quote are given in good faith. Certificates are despatched to the address provided by you on our order form using the domestic postal system. The given despatch time is based on business / working days and are counted from the first complete business / working day onwards. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any event which results from either the delay or the non-delivery of a certificate. Customers must be aware that items can sometimes be delayed or lost in despatch. We shall not be liable for events beyond our control such as Royal Mail postal strikes. We can never confirm delivery dates only the despatch dates, unless the certificate has been despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and is therefore guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on the next working day. cost The cost of a certificate shall always include the cost of the actual certificate itself, as well as the administrative cost which we charge.

DELIVERY
We deem delivery to take affect at the point of despatch. We shall not accept liability for non-delivery or delay of delivery. We of course shall endeavour to ensure certificates reach you, and in the unlikely event of non delivery shall use our discretion in issuing additional certificates at no extra charge to you. To ensure customer privacy we shall delete order details 6 months after date of order.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Once an order has been submitted there is no facility to cancel or amend. Once we have committed ourselves to a supplier for the placed order we will not be in a position to offer a refund. Only in special pre agreed circumstances shall we be able to make a partial refund.
